CHEAP, TASTES GOOD AND DOES THE JOB

Very light taste and texture so goes down easily. Doesn't need to be taken with water. Cheaper than most!
Pack is a bit fiddly but all it needs is a bit of practise
Excellent value

FINE

Easy to use, don't need to work out gel/water ratio and hits the spot very nicely
big - need a bum bag or holder for long distances
perfect for people not used to gels as a first time try as they are easy to take and don't taste too bad!

DOES THE JOB NICELY

No need to take on waterwith it, tastes good, not cloying in the throat!
Cant think of any!
Great product, I use this in initial stages and then pop a few High 5 Plus gels at the end for an extra kick.

BETTER THAN THE REST

very easy to swallow, easy to carry
taste, but then all gel taste horrible
after trying lots of differant products, i find this works for, very to swallow just give it a quick shake, it doesn't get stuck on the back of the throat like some thicker gels do, i fouund works well for running/cycling. it kicks in quickly though that could be all in the mind.
