Not strictly a 'nutritional' item - it's just Nesquik

Tastes nice, but then so do Nesquik and Crusha!
Where to start? It's expensive, has no benefit over 'normal' milkshake (which is all this is), packed with sugar, takes-up lots of space, very sweet and sickly. THIS IS NOT A SPORTS, NUTRITION OR RECOVERY AID - it's just flavoured milk. It might look more serious or grown-up, like you are a 'proper' athlete, but it's just a child's drink in fancy packaging. Save your money - buy Nesquik or Mars Milk.
Children's favourite rebranded to appeal to people who feel they need something sport-related after exercise.

MAKE YOUR OWN, THIS IS JUST A SUGAR RUSH

Easy format because it's already made for you, but that's where the pros end.
Ram-packed with sugar, sure you have some added vitamins, but it's cheaper to make your own; hand blender, milk, done. Or just drink some milk, that's enough for most people.
Expensive sugary product trying to make a market where there doesn't need to be one.

I trust it does what it says it does. I know. I feel worse when I don't have one after a race

Love the taste and chocomilk and supper berry are my favourite tastes. Easy to come home for and keep for ages so when your local supermarket has a deal on you can stock up. I also registered with the company which helped me get offers emailed to me.
I know that after a 10 mile+ run I'm ready to go again the next day if I've had one.
Calorie content the price if not on offer can make your running expensive.
A great product that I am convinced works for me. Could be psychological ? Could be just the milk? I don't know but I have come used to trusting this product .

unpleasant

tasted ok
made me feel a bit sick
I was given one of these at the end of a 10K race. I didn't chug it all back quickly, took it slow and steady. But after half, I found it too sweet and it made me feel a bit sick. Milk, banana and peanut butter blended to a smoothie is magic.
