Great tasting drink that's perfect for after a run.

Variety of flavours.
Thick and great tasting (Chocolate and vanilla are my favs).
Can get discounts online or supermarket offers.
Don't have to store in fridge.
You probably won't like all the flavours!
It's hard to say whether they do exactly what they claim, but they give you the carbs and protein you need and I never fail to take one after every run.

Sweat GUTR - A high performance headband

Never gets saturated
Lightweight and comfortable
Effectively drains sweat to the side of your face
Low profile
Easy to Clean
Looks may not be to everyones taste
Great product which works as stated. Would outlast a traditional towel type headband.

tastes great (except vanilla bean) and revitalises

easy to drink, satisfying almost
seems pricey and the vanilla bean tastes disgusting
a great if not cheap product. I generally save it for my long runs and it a effective and easy to drink, except the vanilla bean which can only be described as disgusting.
