HELPED ME THROUGHOUT MY MARATHON TRAINING

All the flavours taste good - particular favourite is the Vanilla Bean and easily available! Most supermarkets often have them offer and as they have such a long shelf life they are great to stock up on.

They really helped after long or hard interval sessions and I could always train the next day after drinking one.
Can't think of any to hand
Would recommend them to anyone who wants to train hard on a regular basis. Especially good for when you've done a long training session, and you know you need to refuel but can't handle eating solid fuels.

A must have for any training regime

YUMMY, DOES THE TRICK AFTER A LONG RUN.

The chocolate one tastes really nice and it seems to work as I have noticed a difference since I started drinking them after my long runs
None!
Cheap and cheerful recovery drink, I buy it for 99p.
