The Shakes are cheaper than the powder, taste nicer and there's no faffing.
The powders could be useful for taking abroad, or just generally to save space. My experience is that the powder doesn't dissolve perfectly and they don't taste as good as the shakes.
I'll be sticking to the shakes.

The powders mix better than anything else I've seen or tried - no lumps at all with only 4 shakes needed.
And they taste almost as good as the bottles.
Richard - prpbably not - you'll be messingwith the 'ideal' carb protein ratio then plus I should think it would be too heavy...

Used the shakes in bottles for marathon training earlier this year
We made the mistake of buying a batch of the bottles on the website then had to throw them away as they reached the sell by date within 6 months and went off Horrible !really gloopy . I think the powders will last much longer .

I think these are brilliant shakes.. my hydration strategy on a recent 32 hour event was to alternate 500ml maltodextrin one hour with a 500ml FGS the next hour. It worked a treat. Very easy to drink quickly in one, no digestion issues and it does actually work!

Ive just baught some of these for training. Looking at the ingredients its just milk powder and sugar with a few vitamins thrown in. Surely a cup of milk would be better? no?
