does the job, tastes great

very easy to carry and mix with water, tastes great, all flavours are delicious. Perfect post race.
Very quick and easy, I bought the trial pack (2 of each flavour and a mixing bottle) and for post race recovery they are perfect. Can't rate them highly enough.

Overall does what its supposed to!!

Great for recovery and can be taken anywhere and mixed with water.
Can make you very windy. Leaves the mouth feeling slightly dusted as has a dry taste (all flavours).
I bought the trail pack that gives 2 packets of each flavour and a mixing bottle and would say the the banana flavour tastes the nicest as the others taste slightly synthetic . As far as recovery it certainly does the job that its supposed to. The main benefit of this product is the fact that you can mix it with water and the result is probably the best out there considering this fact but I would still probably say that High5 protein recovery is better for taste and recovery but with milk.

Does exactly what it says on the... packet.

Mixes easily, lightweight and easy to carry, no mess, tastes good.
I'd like to use this after hard runs/races but object to opening a new packet each time. This is fine when away from home but I wish they'd also sell it in a tub for home use.
Great product, needs another packaging option.
