A good alternative to the ready made shakes
A good product, made up with water as per the instructions all the powder dissolves easily leaving a nice creamy shake. Making them with milk makes them creamier still but does leave some undisolved lumps. The choc one actually tastes better in the powder form than the pre-made one - Result!
