Each 55g bar packs 20g of protein to aid recovery from exercise and prevent muscle breakdown after a tough session. Several testers rated it as the best-tasting sports bar they'd ever tried. It tastes natural, doesn't have the chalky texture of some protein products, and is moist and delicious.
