Its working for me

Works well as a recovery drink, taste isn't fantastic but definitely drinkable! Can't say it helps me sleep much better but certainly keeps the muscle stiffness at bay for me
I suppose it is a little expensive though I managed to grab a few tubs half price!
As a student, running marathon training every day this suits my needs well. Easier to manage than finding the protein I'm after in ordinary foods and I definitely don't struggle with the taste as much as the other reviewers here!

Vile taste, just not for me at all.

Mixes well, not much else.
Personally I found it tasted terrible and would not go for it again, this one was a sample chocolate flavour and I'm genuinely tempted to not bother with the strawberry sample. Packaging over vacuumed too, making it tough to open without spills.
First try will be the one and only.

Excellent for overnight recovery during periods of consecutive exercise or hard racing. Always helps.

Easily mixed in 300ml cold water. Great bedtime drink. Definitely aids overnight recovery - always less achy and more alert the next day after using it.
Slightly acquired taste - the chocolate is better but you are only drinking 300 ml.
Excellent for recovery both to allow continuous training and to allow quicker return to training after hard races.

DON'T TRY IT! OR IF YOU WANT TO JUST GET A SACHET

Didn't drink enough to find out.
The taste! Only had one sip and that was enough. If you like warm marshallows then you may like this.

WHERE'S THE BUCKET

I found I slept better.
Mixing it I found difficult, it just didn't seem to want to mix. It taste foul glad I only brought a few satchets of this stuff.
Found I slept better but taste foul and horrendous to mix. I think I stick with normal Rego.
