I COULDNT DRINK IT WITHOUT GAGGING

Probably is a great product for recovery.
I just can't get it down my throat...
I'd just have the normal Rego - chocolate is lovely.

If you can stomach it, then try, but if I were you - just get a sample sachet first. If anyone is interested i have a vanilla one hanging round somewhere. I really couldnt drink it even if my life depended on it.

AGREE WITH LEE - TRULY HIDEOUS

none
tastes disgusting, KEPT ME AWAKE, could feel it sitting in my stomach still the morning afterwards.
Dreadful. Ovaltine much better.

STOPS OVER NIGHT CATABOLISM AND AIDS SLEEP.

Keeps your body ticking over during especially hard training, when some athletes awaken due to low blood sugar or cramp.
Nothing that a big mug of Horliks made with milk can't do. Or even heat up a Rego - it did the same thing for me, and it's much cheaper than Nocte.
A pricey fashion accessory that can easily be substituted with 'real' food. If you're sponsored by SiS, or get good discounts, then use this sparingly!

A "KNOCKOUT" PRODUCT

Well, it knocked me out anyway. I slept very soundly when I used this, after long runs in marathon training.
I also liked the taste.
I used the sachets, and found it difficult to get the powder out of them without it going everywhere.
If you want slowly-absorbed protein for overnight then I suppose you could just have a chicken (or tuna) sandwich at bedtime.
But this product also gives you zinc and magnesium supplementation in measured amounts (and your "typical" multivitamin won't have anything like this magnesium)

OMG!! - STICK TO THE HORLICKS!!

Couldn't keep it down long enough to find any.
This is really, really nasty - I love SIS products but this is vile.
Yuck!
