I LIKE IT!

Tastes pretty good on chocolate, vanilla, and banana. Easy to mix and consume. Handy mixing bottle makes measuring easy.
Strawberry not so palatable, but maybe that's just me!
Difficult to say whether it works or not, but even when I was running on 4 or 5 consecutive days my legs didn't feel overly tired while I was using it.

HELPS WITH RECOVERY

HELPS WITH RECOVERY, AM ABLE TO GET BACK RUNNING IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
DOESN'T TASTE GREAT
DEFINITELY AIDS RECOVERY AND ASSISTS WITH MUSCLE FATIGUE.

TASTES NICE (FOR A RECOVERY DRINK) AND IT WORKS

Although SIS make a thing of their bottles being easy to use, with portion markings on them for removing the need for a scoop -you try lifting (and pouring without spilling) a 1.6kg bottle of powder into a flimsy sports bottle. I use a funnel, but still manage to spill some especially when the container is new and nearly full.
Really seems to work, can do a tough session Wednesday eve and still feel strong enough to tackle circuits on Thursday. Might be physcological, but if I don't have any my work out the following day seems to suffer.

PEACE OF MIND & PALATABLE

Right ratio of protein and carbs to refuel after a hard run. Easy to mix and very tasty.
Banana flavour is disgusting. Strawberry is my favourite.
Iam not an elite athlete so how much effect it has on my metabolism is questionable. It does however give me piece of mind that I am replenishing glycogen within the magic 20 minutes after a run. I do seem to feel better the next day after a long run now. Part of my marathon build up.

REBUILD AND GO

drinkable after long hard sessions ( first 20 minutes). I do seem to recover better next day when I have used it.
Hard to mix in a bottle.
Very good but best mixed in a liquidizer with ice cubes.
