TASTES GREAT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED

Great Taste/texture. Mixes well, easy to digest and makes you feel replenished.
The bottle/tub neck prevents easy pouring of the powder and the mixing bottle is hard to clean.
Great product, good variety of flavours, makes you feel like you have recovered fully and leaves you feeling great the next day.

GOOD RECOVERY DRINK AFTER A HARD SESSION

Helps muscle repair and recovery after hard exercise. Tastes OK when chilled
Very light powder which goes EVERYWHERE if you are not careful how you mix it.
Does the job.

TREATY AFTER TOUGH EXERCISE!

Chocolate flavour is easy to drink, I find eating after a hard race like a marathon impossible, so rely on Rego to replenish much needed body stores. After tough sessions, this really seems to speed the recovery process. Best prepared the night before and put in a fridge.
A bit of a nightmare to prepare, always seem to end up with undissolved powder at bottom of bottle, easier with the wide bottle opening to get a spoon in and stir. Taste is a bit love / hate - chocolate for me is fine but the Strawberry is a no no. It works out quite expensive per usage, so tend to reserve it for races or the hardest workouts.
A recovery drink that really seems to have a positive effect. Of the three SIS drink products probably the least essential for a novice runner (I'd say the hydration drink is the must have), but very useful for serious athletes who want to recover quickly between sessions or those who struggle to eat for hours after a race.

EASILY PALATABLE

the rego nocte vanilla/chocolate drinks are easy to take (more so with milk than just plain water) and speed recovery after workouts.
Not to be had too close to a run (i.e. before a run) as they can make you feel bloated, but otherwise they work equally well before a run, if taken 40-45 mins before.
Useful recovery/pre-race drinks; sachets convenient but more expensive.

GOOD TASTE AND PERFORMANCE

Tastes good and aids recovery. Stops legs feeling heavy the day after training.
None that I've found.
Strawberry is the best tasting and tastes better than most protein drinks (i've tried a few!). I lift weights and run and this noticably helps my recovery after both. Tastes best when made up and chilled for an hour before you drink it.
