WORKS WELL. CAN TRAIN HARDER WHEN NEEDED BUT ....

Strawberry tastes great and not as synthetic tasting as others. Really aids every day endurance training towards a significant race. Train harder without as much muscle fatigue.
As with most protein supplements can prove expensive. Can give you wind, not a massive down side but worth noting. Not one to use before a posh dinner with the in-laws after training. Does not always mix too easily, but there are worse ones out there.
It pretty much does what it says on the tin. A great aid to training hard daily, or if you do not want to be too tired. Really helps curb post training hunger too. Great for recovery from training close to a race, but not a substitute for proper rest intervals. Is very more-ish and it is easy to build it into your continual training regime which could prove a little expensive.

I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO THIS DRINK AFTER TRAINING/RACING!

Have only used the strawberry flavour, but it tastes great.
When training with my friend we actually talk about the reward of a strawberry recovery drink at the end!
Does the job- great for muscle recovery.
Like beer needs to be served cold from the fridge for optimal taste. Not as nice luke warm.
Make-up as close to training as possible, as flavour and palatability disapates with time.
Strawberry- yum!...and it does the job.

MAGIC STUFF (IF YOU DON'T MIND ASPARTAME)

Really seems to work, noticeably fresher legs after hard bike/runs.
Takes ages to mix. Has aspartame in which results in a bit of an artificial nasty aftertaste.
It really works. Have found something else to try now as avoiding aspartame where possible however if it doesn't work as well will be back to rego.

A PLEASANT TASTING RECOVERY DRINK

Pleasant drink which can be made up in advance, actually tastes better - more creamier if done so. Like the fact its mixed with water as milk drinks tend to lay heavy on my stomach.
On the expensive side. Would be better in a wider neck container with a scoop as powder tends to spill everyway.
Nice drink after hard training session or race. Not sure if aids recovery but stops me snacking. Love the chocolate one, not tried the other flavours.
