GOOD FOR LONG RUNS OR LONG CYCLING SESSIONS
Very palatable in my view and no sickly after taste
Like the previous reviewer says it does froth up rather too easily which can be tough when remixing while on the run
a superb drink when training for long events and have used this on mountain marathons over two days as main energy drink a couple of times now and found it works well.
