Liked the flavour, great for a short run but burns the back of the throat, I wouldn't recommend for a long run

Taste is quite pleasant.
Burns the back of the throat .
I'm moving to Gatorade having drank it during a marathon it kept me going and didn't burn.

STICK TO THE READY MIXED STUFF!

Better value for money than bottles.
Bit lumpy and hard to mix.
Wouldn't buy this version again.

OK IF YOU WANT A LUCOZADE COCKTAIL

This is handy if you want to make it with a different drink. Quite simple to use and the taste is not bad. Would rather us the already made stuff rather then make it yourself. But good if you want to make a cocktail anyway.

THE ORIGINAL BUT NOT THE BEST

Easy to mix,Cheap to buy and easy to get hold of.
Sticky and limited flavours
You would have thought from such a big company they would have tried a few more flavours but as they say if it ain't broke...

GREAT IN SMALL DOSES

really helps when you need it
after a while it can get sickly.the flavour could be more subtle
this drink taste good and helps on the long runs for that aded energy......but on a marathon it can start to get a bit sickly
