VERY GOOD 1 HOUR PRE TRAINING

Tastes like the pouches but costs less.
Sometimes not all the powder disolves giving some lumps
A very cost effective way of getting energy both pre and post training.

easy to mix, good taste and aids recovery
not all the powder dissolves in the glass, so the last mouthful can be a bit bitty
Welll priced good quality product, used on the Lichfield 10k which is quite hilly and helped me to take 6 minutes fo my last years time

GREAT BEFORE A RACE

I find this gives me a good boost before a hard training session or on race day. Taste is good.
I have tried it whilst running and experienced mild stomach cramps (luckily I tried before race day)
I find it's a great energy boost, as with anything like this though I'm going to save it for when I really need it to prevent lining my dentists pockets.

TRIED OTHERS AND STILL COME BACK TO THIS

Nice taste, easy to drink - works well
performance is not as long lasting as some
I have used most drinks, but still come back to this - its a good price, and does seem to suit my 'average' running style - keeps me going, and performs as well as others twice the price

VERY GOOD DRINK. WORKS WELL

Good Boost of Energy.
Nice Taste.
Expensive.
Overall, very good at delivering Energy. Nice taste. So I think it's very good.
