TASTE LOVELY, EASY TO MIX, HOWEVER...

Easy to mix together and dissolves quickly, taste very good
I have had really difficult problems with this drink as it gives me very serious pains in my stomach - somuch so that I have had to stop using it
If it does not cause any problems it is very good and extremely good value for money. My only advice would be to buy a single tub to try first.

YOU'D BE MAD NOT TO

FLM drink of choice - why train on anything else
In the same way all sports drinks do its harsh on the stomach and teeth
I've used Lucozade Sport for the past four years mainly because its easy to buy, store and make and importaantly the drink you will be handed at most races

THIRST QUENCHING

Gives me a boost and quenches my thirst even in small doses. I find that I don't have to drink large volumes. This powder form is very easy to make up in the desired quantities.
It can be a bit sticky if you spill it on your hands or clothes.
A good all round drink for before, during and after, and at a good price.

LOVE IT FOR LONG RUNS

flavour
fake sugars, too sweet
stops the runs if you are a bit prone to that after a very hard session, able to mix up the strength according to need.
I find helps speed recovery

IT WORKS BUT HAS ASPARTAME

It certainly does the job.
It contains Aspartame.
I avoid aspartame, full stop. Therefore I no longer buy Lucozade. I prefer to make my own sports drinks, after all, why do all that exercise only to pollute your body with all sorts of nasties?
