These are the ones most used at marathons. better get used to them otherwise you'll be carrying your own!!

DOES WHAT IS SAYS ON THE TIN

Easy to get hold of, good customer service from Lucozade. Palatable.
Can be a bit of a problem on your stomach.
I us ethis all the time, mainly because it is so easy to get hold of, and it agrees with me.
