Good...but don't wash them!

Recovering from a knee injury I wanted to try to see if barefoot running was for me. I was somewhat unimpressed at the price-tag; being minimalist shoes I hoped they might have a more minimalist cost! Easing myself in I found these shoes great, enjoyed the sensation and could run pain free. It took some getting used to the extra extension of the calves, but once settled in it felt good.
The only downside was that the shoes didn't stand up to being washed: as you don't wear socks I found mine got smelly. A couple of gentle washes down the line and the material at the arch seems to have become firmer leading to blistering on the inside of my foot, blisters are something I have never been prone to anywhere.

Each time I return from a run in these I now find blood oozing from the trainer and this shows no signs of ceasing, I initially thought my feet would toughen up, but no. Sadly these trainers are no longer of any use to me.
Great but expensive shoes, however, if you think you will need to wash them, I suggest going for another shoe!
