Light shoe great support. Cured my Achilles Tendinitis shoe recommended by my Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

Bought this shoe in America a year ago as advised by my Orthopaedic surgeon who was treating my severe Achilles Tendinitis. These shoes have cured my problems and I am now running injury free at the moment. The technology prevents the impact and shock from directly travelling through the heel and concentrates the shock at the forefoot. It took some convincing but well worth the try. Overall the Gorun are up their with the rest.
At first these shoes felt strange because of the forefoot technology and I thought I had wasted my money. It felt like I was running in flippers! However persevere with this and you will quickly get use to them. They are one of the comfiest shoes I have run in.
Good cushioning for long distance running very light and comfy shoe. Worth trying if you are frustrated and cannot shake off any heal complaints or Achilles tendinitis. They worked for me. I'm back running following 2 years of frustration. I hope I will be able to give more positive feedback once I have run a half and full marathon.

Excellent comfort, lightweight and immensely flexible. I am completely converted to running in these.

Light, flexible and extremely comfortable. These encourage you to mid foot strike. They have improved my running performance, speed and leave me injury free after all my runs.
Excellent shoes and highly recommended at a superb price to. I bought one pair for £59 and a second pair halfprice. What more can you ask for.
Some people are put off by the name. Just go and try them.
Took a while to get used to the minimal heel drop. Now my Brooks Ghosts just feel heavy, inflexible and cumbersome, relegated to street shoes and the Sketchers for running!
Superb, light, flexible and cheap. Improve running form and reduced injuries. Highly recommended. Cannot comment on durability. I have had one pair for 6 months and are still have loads of miles left in them.

Light and comfortable

Cheap compared to other brands, lots of room in toe box. Once you get used to the lack of heel they are very easy to run in.
It takes a few short runs to become confident with them, especially the lack of support at the heel. However, this becomes a plus when you get used to them.
I've finished a 15 mile training run in these and felt better than after shorter runs with more traditional shoes (Ghost and Wave). I'm seriously considering using them for Brighton in April they are so light and comfortable.

A hundred times better than you imagine they'd be!

Very lightweight, you barely notice you're wearing anything!
Incredibly comfortable upper!
Well-priced!
No bedding-in, instantly perfect fit!
Great range of colours.

If you're a badge snob, you'll stay away simply because they're Skechers. DON'T!
As a fore-foot striker, I didn't find the curved sole a problem at all, others might!
Only really suitable for short to mid distances.

I really like these trainers, despite being made by Skechers! Put aside your badge-snobbery & you'll be very impressed with the fit & comfort.
