Very comfortable and still going strong after 800 miles.

Good cushioning, very durable.
Slightly uncomfortable on the ball of the foot for the 1st 75 miles.
A lot better ban he cumulus 13s I'm trying to break in now.

so called advances not good

comfortable
new lacing system is not an improvement, laces are also too short now and if you run in them without socks you get a big blister on the medial side of the foot where it hits a seem that wasnt there in the 11
bad changes, could have run forever in the previous model

Great shoe for me in the beginning, but since converting to mid/fronfoot striking they cause pain.

Were an excellent shoe when I was predominantly a heel striker as there is a lot of cushioning around this area. I bought them quite cheaply off sportsdirect.com
since converting to midfoot/forefoot striking the shoe caused a lot of pain. Barely any cushioning midfoot, just a large piece of plastic. I've also found my heel slips easily causing blisters. This is mainly due to my slightly wider than a D fitting feet.
Would definitely suit a neutral runner who predominantly heel strikes. I struggled with them, my feet are slightly wider than a D fitting. Have since moved to Ghost 3's which are a revelation in comparison. Basing my scores on how they were at the beginning when I was a heel striker.

Excellent - my new best friends

Good fit for wider feet
Nice cushioning for 'heavier' runners
Dry out quickly if wet
No blisters!
Not the prettiest shoes in the world
Excellent - bought these when struggling through marathon training. Fit was much better than old shoes, all pain/injuries vanished. Seen me through a few hundreds miles of training and races without any pain or blisters.

changed from mizuno to asics 4 months ago and now got cumulus 12's. no pain and very cumpfy.

cushioning,weight even when wet. inside cushion
solid high arch
best trainer for years
