NOT THEIR BEST

Good feel and support for bigger runner.

Gave blisters around heel.

Shame they made the changes from the last model.

TRULY AWESOME

With my running socks (need them always!!!) these are perfect. Short runs, long runs anything in between. Enough support for the neutral runner. Plenty of cushioning, and even after 2 half marathons and all my training for the past 4 months still perfect

Price!

Superb trainer. Have some new balance waiting to be used, but.......I will miss these so much, if I can find another pair I will buy them!
Perfect for neutral runner 13 stone male!

STILL COMFY BUT SUFFERING FROM BLISTERS

Asics robustness, good quality construction

Hot in warm weather, giving me blisters on both insteps. Genreally comfy though and good cushioning for me as a larger runner.

I have a 2006 pair that have never given me any problems, having run a few half marathons in them. These new ones are causing blisters in both insteps after about 10 miles (devon hills). I have tried twin skin socks and siblge skin but neither seem to work - I wonder if the heat build up might be to blame.

OLD FAITHFULS

Great Cushioning
Feet don't overheat in summer
Snug fit

THE PRICE!!!

These were my first proper running shoes, they got me hooked with the running bug. Solid construction, but slightly less responsive than my new Kayano XIIIs.
