EXCELLENT, WELL FITTING SHOE

Snug fit, comfortable, especially for the wider foot
Very good shoe, very pleased with them. The best shoe I've had.

NOT THE BEST CUSHIONED SHOE AROUND

Light, well made, comfortable.
Slappy sound when running.Do not feel very cushioned. Expensive.
Very disappointed with the Brooks. Felt comfortable in the shop but 2 runs later and it became obvious to me that they were not the shoe for me. I am 5' 10" and have a neutral gait, medium arch, mid foot striker.
Why do they slap? Probably lack flexibility but the guy from Brooks was unsure. When you consider they are meant to be highly cushioned, I have to say Asics, Reebok and Nike shoes I have had in the past are more accomplished.

GOOD FOR TRAINING OR LONGER RACE

comfortable uppers, good support. Improves after first 100 miles!
Noisy / slappy
Great traing shoe. Enough cushioning to reduce hard surface impact on loner runs

REALLY PLEASANT SHOE

Well cushionned, not too heavy, large forefood and well maintained heal
Not found any so far
Its the sort of shoe that you forget when you are running, enabling you to focus on running and nothing else.
