Light and Fast !

Light, responsive, and fast - knocked 15 seconds per mile off my training runs (from 7:40 to 7:25 per mile for 5 miles after work).
Doubt the cushioning will last after 150 miles (but no trainers last beyond 200 miles for me as i'm very bouncy in my stride).
Light, fast, lots of fun.

Excellent cushioning and good antidote for achimg legs. Light weight & fairly responsive

Cushioned well balamced ride helps prevent aching or tired legs over long run and helped me recover from injury. Usually wear a faster shoe for speedwork though.
Never had blisters before but toe box a bit roomy and developed blisters on inside of big toe from too much space to move about.
Also upper shoe fits a little too snugly up to ankle joint causing pressure and bruising ( Never experienced this before either)so had to take laces out of first couple of eyelets.
Great for long runs but fit may not be comfortable for everyone.
