EFFICIENT TRAINING SHOE THAT CAN DO LONG RACES

Light and 'airy' shoe with just enough 'bounce' and correction for everyday use, yet fast and light enough for races.
Not for heavy runners or those that need correction/ support.
A light and low shoe with little correction and the engine in the middle. Aimed at light and/ or efficient runners. I have the red IAAF Osaka edition which are of course slightly faster! :) This is my training and racing shoe!

LIGHTER THAN YOUR AVERAGE CUSHION SHOE!!!

The lightness compared to say the Wave Rider and Mustang I usually use was instantly noticeable. Great for general everyday including LSRs, but only if you're a lightweight! :-)
Takes a bit of getting use to and I suffered a little from new aches and pains, but I had also changed my schedule at the same time. If you are over 11 stone I wouldn't recommend these, try Wave Rider instead.
Brilliant shoe for all round training from LSRs to speed work, but these really shine when you turn in the speed. It's like running with a VTEC engine okay for plodding around, but open up and accelerate and they allow you to kick in for a good 5k finish...

Yeah! I like 'em :-)
