VERY RESPONSIVE, LIGHT AND THEY JUST FEEL SO DAMN GOOD!

I've used Peg's for years but they're feeling too 'spongey'. I spent ages in the shop looking for something that felt more responsive and I ended up with these and they are proving fabulous. Light, comfortable and something about them feels more responsive/progressive than my old Peg's. I put it down to the wave plate - feels dynamic.
1. Toe box looks large.
2. The lacing seems very 'spaced out' - the laces don't seem to cross the foot as much as other shoes. This hasn't caused me any problems but I would rather have more crossing over!
Both points are only minor aesthetic niggles so far. Only had them about 6 weeks.
Try these if you want to move on from Peg's

MY NEW FAVOURITE SHOE!

Towards the lighter end of the weight spectrum for an every day road shoe, so you can wear them for your long run and still feel fast when you put them on. Quite reasonably priced for the quality, cheaper than the Asics equivalents. A good fit for my feet, snug around the heel and midfoot but sufficient room in the toe box. The shoes both look and feel fast.
Possibly a bit hard on the soles of your feet for some runners but I actually prefer my trainers to feel like this. I have also read a few comments doubting the durability of these trainers, but it is too early to tell with my pair.
I have always used Brooks and Asics in the past, but two long runs and two treadmill sessions in these and I am a Mizuno convert. Am now saving up to get a pair of the more lightweight Wave Precisions for speed work and racing. :)

GREAT SHOE AS EVER

Great fit, lightweight and extremely smooth and responsive.
None, 'coz I got the blue ones!
This is my third pair of Wave riders(I've had the 7's and 8's), I've been trying other company's, such as Asics which I couldn't stand. Saucony Triumphs which were OK and Nike Pegasus.
The Riders are by far my favourite, with Nike a close second. The combination of comfort and responsiveness is second to none. They also last well too(as I can still get a short run out of my 8's without any aches).

COMFORTABLE BUT OVER ROOMY AT TOE PERHAPS

Very comfortable, good support, good distance shoes for the heavier runner (like me!)
Toe section has been enlarged and concequently it's hard to keep your foot still in the toe box - no blisters so far however!
A good shoe for heavier runners with wider feet.

VERY COMFORTABLE

Very Light, cushioning seems to absorb my excessive pounding better than others I have tried
They are brown!
Although I have only been running for approx 6 months and these are my first REAL running shoes I have no complaints other than the colour. The only reason they do not get a 5 for value is that i havent had them long enough
