a wow shoe, great fit with my orthotics.No problems on my long runs in these.

not too soft, a good fit with orthtoics.
light and they feel fast.
Neat colours.
Long laces

none so far

would recommend these to anyone wanting a light , fast shoe even orthotic wearers.Stsrt fitness have these at £44.99 with free socks and free delivery.

GOOD, FUNCTIONAL SHOE - DELIVERS EVERY TIME

Supportive, light weight shoe for the neutral runner - encourages correct foot strike and a quick, correct cadence. Good run in the toe box for a slightly wider forefoot, yet a supportive heel.

Tends to wear out in the forefoot quickly.

Highly recommend this shoe - have run in them for years and found it responsive, light weight and a pleasure to run in! Recommend the mizuno brand to many clients looking for a quick, responsive shoe where you can 'feel' the ground and move well.

FANTASTICALLY COMFORTABLE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX

Very light
Upper fits well without being too tight
Cushioning great

I don't think the wave cushioning will last long but then I'm a very fat runner!!

Personally I think this is a big improvement on the WR11's and is certainly more comfortable than them. Have doubts about the longevity of the cushioning but then I'm considerably heavier than Mizuno's likely target runners I suspect.
If you're a fan of Wave Riders, definitely try these.
