The women's Rider has the same updated Wave plate and sockliner as the men's version. The flex-grooves in the sole have been made deeper, the heel is curved and split for a softer landing, and the front of the shoe curves upwards to help with toe-off and give a faster-feeling ride.
As with the men's version, this is a pure cushioning shoe with a really smooth ride. The changed forefoot shape helps give a faster feeling, where previously the well-padded ride put too much distance between foot and road.
Some of our testers struggled with fit, but these shoes are perfect for high-arched, efficient runners.
