GREAT VLUE, LIGHT, EXCELLENT CUSHIONING - MEDIUM STABILITY.

Very light, I am a somewhat heavy footed runner (due to size and old knee injury) and found the cushioning to be the best I have used.
Sometimes not enough stability control - feel my foot roll onto the instep.
A truely excellent value shoe - I got mine for £60 online. Lightweight, easy to keep clean and if you are tall with a heavy foot I thinkyou will ot find a better shoe.

BEST SHOE

Very light , no wearing in period i.e soft on the feet from word
Great for speedwork and long runs Fantastic sense of 'spring' in the stride , all round
I can't afford a new pair of these very month ! (not that they are expensive I bought a pair for 50.00 on line )
Best shoes I've bought since my first pair of 'high tec ' shoes the Nike Air in 1995. They were great straight from the box ; no wearing in period although aI did a few short runs before taclinga 18 miler. No chafing very soft and light but have feeling of great strength. Have done about 160 miles in them and no wear on sole. I would buy another pair tomorrow ! No I am not a Mizuno employee ! The best thing is the sole is not 'dense' ; i bought a pair of Asics last year and the sole does not compare ; it was much more dense .

LIGHTWEIGHT, COMFORTABLE AND CAN HANDLE THE DISTANCE

Fitted like a glove and felt light and comfortable. Excellent on road and not bad off-road, including surviving Hellrunner
Didn't feel as cushioned as some e.g. Nike Pegasus
Excellent shoe for lightweight, medium-long distance training. I put mine round a couple of half-marathons plus Hellrunner and it was out-standingly comfortable with no performance problems at all events. First pair I reach for for any run

FANTASTIC SHOE

Very light, very breathable, good cushioning, comfy ride
Because of the ventilated uppers Wave Riders are terrible at keeping water out (worse than Adidas Climacools, which have big air holes in the bottom!)
Best shoes I've ever worn. Speedwork, 20 milers, no problem. First time in Mizuno for me, after loads of Nike and Adidas. Light enough to race in - I PB'd a half marathon in them last weekend, preferring them to my old (lighter) race shoes. I've just bought two more pairs.

AN IMPROVEMENT ON THE 8'S

Very light and flexible suitable for the lighter runner and orthoses wearer not too much cushioning
None so far
A slipper like shoe comfy light and roomy I wear these for runs under 13 miles (Asics Cumulus for long runs as I like the extra cushioning)and find these great for racing
