NOT ENOUGH CUSHIONING

responsive, light
lack of cushioning for heavy runner
Had shin splints and made them worse. Probably a great shoe for lighter, more flexible runners but for someone looking for a soft cushioning shoe this weasn't for me.

SUPER COMFORTABLE LONG DISTANCE SHOE

After a really long run, the only part of me that doesn't ache are my feet and ankles. Also felt lighter than the official reviews gave them credit for
Took a while to get rid of that new feel ridgidness from them.
You could run all day in these and then some without your feet feeling the effects. Helped me stay injury free in the time I've run in them

THE BEST NEUTRAL CUSHIONING MONEY CAN BUY.

Feel lighter than stated.
Superb shock absorbtion and incredibly comfortable. Available in width fittings and choice of colours!
A little bit pricey but you gets what you pay for. Try the factory shops in Cumbria for a discount.
Highly recommended if you are a higher mileage runner and/or slightly injury prone. Makes most competitor products look very average.

SQUISHY LONG DISTANCE SUPER-SPRINGS FOR BROAD PADDLE-FEET

1- wide & extra wide fittings are unique in the world of decent running shoes.
2 - the cushioning is amazingly comfy for high mileage runners
3 - airflow through the toe box keeps tootsies cool
4 - knobbly laces are a great invention to prevent slippage in the lacing holes, & no more stopping to do up undone shoes!
5 - good looking shoes, especially the funky white & orange ones.
6 - comparatively lightweight considering the build
1 - ankle depth seems shallower than previous models
2 - why oh why are broad fittings only available for men, when many many women have paddle-feet too??
3 - sizing seems a little more ample than previous models (not a problem so long as you know before you order..)
4 - money money money (though compared to many other brands they are excellent value for money)
An excellent performance super-cushioned shoe which incorporates many of the brilliant features I would expect from New Balance. Durable & built for long distance comfort, & most importantly available in the 2E & 4E wide & extra wide fittings. Apparently the uppers are 'quickdry' too, which will no doubt be tested to the fullest extent during the summer months....
