definately different!

I use these shoes for my speed work. They feel light and offer a good enough degree of cushioning for me at 11st 2lbs. Certainly enhance my training but this is a definate 2nd shoe to my trustee Asics Nimbus. I noticed a degree of calf soreness at first but I use them weekly for 6/8 miles at race pace and have no complaints. I bought mine from Apex sports and got great advice with a good tryout and evaluation before buying.
Will always be a second shoe for me - and wouldn't want to wear them in a race/ event over 10k personally. I have to re lace using the top and bottom eyelets only to suit my wide feet. No real cons tho - in truth a good shoe - but I can see it may not suit all! Not the cheapest shoe either...
Very good shoe - worth a try, and may well make a convert out of you!

having run in the "full blown" Newtons these are more forgiving, but still take some getting used to.
