Nike Air Max Moto 4

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion
The Air unit in the heel of the Moto has been redesigned to improve cushioning, and although our Shoe Lab data shows that the shoe is still firm for a cushioned model, wear-testers didn't seem to mind. Nike has stuck with the firmer, lower-profile forefoot Zoom Air unit introduced in the previous model for a more responsive toe-off. The outsole incorporates tough carbon rubber in the high-impact heel area for durability, and softer blown rubber in the forefoot for better cushioning. The shoe features a more flexible forefoot, especially in the women's version, that is built on a women's specific last and has a different outsole - with more flex grooves - to the men's version.
