Great looking. Fast, light, flexible. Tread can be a pain in the balls

Super light, super flexible, super quick. They feel like you have nothing on your feet.
Not the most comfortable fit when first worn. Probably need a half size larger in future as due to the feel of the tread I would need to wear thicker socks or add an inner sole to prevent the pain of injury that my left foot received on first wearing. The oval sections of tread reduce overall weight but localise pressure to specific areas of the sole. This in turn pummelled the centre of the ball of my left foot to the point where after a 5k race I could no longer put pressure on my left foot and halted my running/races for weeks.
Great shoe. I would recommend them for light runners but would recommend running them in slowly and get a half size bigger so as to be able to customise fit if necessary as not all feet are the same and these are stripped down racing shoes. Enjoy.

Generally it is a light weight shoes, good for speed training. Encourage u to be midfoot strike.

Really light, midfoot strike predominate, flexible, snugg nicely to midsole. Eventhough the sole is thin and has 4mm drop, i gives good decend cushiong to my arches?
As others were complaining, u have to buy 0.5 size larger than ur normal running shoes. If running more than 10km, u'll feel ur other toe apart from big toe felt congested. I have to wear the thinnest sock available in my house! But if wanna buy again, i'll make sure it is larger

A bit slippery when wet

Less durable

A relatively bit expensive and difficult to get (in malaysia)
A good decent shoes, reccomended for those who wanna breakaway from the ordinary brands such as N.... , A..... And P...

Run Happy !!!!

Superb lightweight minimal shoe, if you are tempted to try minimalistic then try these!

Lightweight yet enough cushioning and support for the longer road run, responsive, feel excellent on the foot, look pretty smart too!
None really but they apprently they only last 300 miles but I'll happily buy another pair
I was a bit unsure how I would deal with these but I am so glad that I bought them. I had been running in Nike Air Pegasus due to over doing it when I first started running but at 10 and half stone I was craving something lightweight and was recommended these. They are an excellent shoe and allow the wearer to run naturally yet provide support for the longer run. I wear them strictly for road running as they dont like mud and what not but then their not designed for that anyway. Try them, you will like them if not love them!

great lightweight training/racing shoe

Really snug fit and keeps your foot in place and really promotes midfoot strike.
Enough cushion to train hard and long but lightweight enough to compete in the minimal class. I really love them
supposedly wear out around 300 miles which for a 90 quid shoe can be quite poor but its a completely different shoe type to a conventional road shoe so you just got to accept it.
AVOID puddles
Great, I bought it with aim to train midfoot rather than heel strike, they've done me a world of good and i would deffo get more.
Currently wanting the 'Pure Grit' model

fabulous minimal road shoe

Has the low drop and good forefoot room for barefoot transition, but enough bounce in the construction to allow long road runs in perfect comfort. Have enjoyed training runs with speed intervals much more in these - they really encourage bursts of speed and feel very responsive. More so than my previous Inov8 roadXs, which also used to allow some heel lift. These hold my feet perfectly with no tightness of the laces. PB at half marathon today in them too, having only had them for a week or two, with no achy legs or twinges developing etc. Delighted!!
So not good in mud, but that's not what they're for, so not a real con.
When I first ran them home from the shop, they felt a bit prominent in the midfoot area, but this has not caused any problems, and now settled completely.
Great minimal shoe for long distance road running and speedwork too.
