Great trainer for speedwork but also has the cushioning for higher mileage.

I won these in a competition otherwise would not have been brave enough to risk a more minamalist shoe. I have used these for sppedwork but also have run a marathon in them with no ill effects. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to try a minamalist shoe.

Wonderfully natural feel but with a bit more cushioning than many other minimalist shoes.

Light natural feeling shoe. Seems to be fairly durable so far. Like the style too.
Nothing.
Truly great shoe - excellent combination of natural feel with enough cushioning to allow big distances. Try em. You will probably like.
