Hi, I'm a 14 stone runner who severely over pronates and as a result I have experienced tight calf muscles when running. I have seen a physio and podiatrist and now have a pair of orthotic inner soles, which offer good support. However, I can feel the calf pain creeping back into my (marathon) training...
I currently run in asics GT-2160 trainers, but I am considering buying the Asics Gel Evolution 4 trainers to keep my poorly feet well supported. Will they solve my training problems? Will I be able to put my orthotic inserts into them? I appreciate any advice.
