This is the latest version of the Wave Wider III and it's difficult to see what has changed except for the name. It's a reliable, solid, trustworthy trainer which I find light-weight and comfortable. Continue reading...
Being an over pronator i find this shoe very responsive and comfortable. Looks good too. Continue reading...

I am thinking of looking at either the Wave Renegade 3 or the Wave Alchemy 5 anyone use these, how do they compare with other M/C shoes.

I have the wave alchemy 5 and find them excellent. I changed from Nike air structue triax after FLM 2004 and haven't looked back. No shin splints etc since then and no blisters either.
Hope that helps!

I've used the wave legend for two years and find them excellent.

Not tried the alchemy or renegade ones yet.

Thanks Jiggi, do these shoes have much of a arch as other shoes ie: Stability shoes seem to blister me in the arches, think i would be more suited to shoes designed for low arches.

They don't seem too bad to me. Is there somewhere you can go to try them or are you ordering over the internet?
