Very Good.

Comfortable, secure. Good for a run, good for a walk, good for day by day.

Love this shoe. Ditched Asics 2140 in favour of the Mizuno Alchemy. The latest version feels lighter.

My first shoe was an Alchemy 8 and I had no complaints, I have to say the new Alchemy 9 is even better as it feels a little lighter.

Great all round stability, especially on the heel which makes off-road running a real possibility too in drier conditions.

Although good practice says replace your shoes after 500 milestones the fact is the upper doesn't deteriorate at all and the sole holds up well too. So the other advantage you have if you do replace your shoes religiously you have a decent shoe for the gym which will last you another year, at least!
None at all.

GOOD SOLID SHOES, BREATHABLE AND COMFORTABLE

Good for people who overpronate different amounts on each leg as the shoes adapts to your running gait
not overly grippy if you run off road (although they are a road shoe)
Very happy with them, corrected my strange running gait due to having had an op on one ankle and have reduced foot pain considerably. Good buy, cost me £55
