GREAT
very very comfortable, plenty of room but still supportive. also seem to keep my form better which is leading to faster running
not good in the wet, the bobbles on the sole give little contact which is fine in the dry but not good in the wet

NEW SHOE + FAIRFORD10K=NO "SHINSPLINTS" + NO BLISTERS
a sturdy, supportive yet very light shoe
Price, the overall "look" of the shoe....a bit trendy for my liking
well the times speak for themselves really. since buying the shoe in early june, im not suffering from the dreaded shin splints anymore and, therefore have been able to train more, subsequently i have had a PB in both races ran this month so far!!
Big thanks to staff at Up & Running in headington Oxford for sorting me out with decent kit. Cheers fellas!
