Great feel and traction for 5 and 10ks.

This shoe is great for a fore foot striker, there is no problem with gel cells pushing up through the fore foot like some other shoes. The shoe has good cushoning up to 10k racing. The ventilation design on the shoe ensures low moisture build up within the shoe. This shoe is also suitable for wider fitting feet like myself very comfortable to wear.
The sole has minimum rubber this has given way after 80 miles on the outer line of the shoe, not good for the price of around £100.
With the mesh design not much protection out in the wet.
On distance at 13.1 mile running, soreness with achiles developed on various runs.Unless you have the perfect foot strike these wont last the 500 mile they are suppose to.
A very comfortable shoe, I would definately recommend this for 5 and 10ks. I would like to see more tread on the sole for the price.
I would not recommend for longer runs simply they wont last the high mileage.

my most favourite running shoes ever, cushioned and super responsive.....

These shoes fit like they were made for me.... super lightweight which allows the feet to turn over really well...... with a great level of support and cushioning.....perfect
a bit pricy... and as an oversupernator as my speed increases so does my wear and tear.......
A racy very well cushioned shoe
