Good shoe, need to sort the arch out in the shoe.
but overall you will to plenty of miles in the shoe without to many problems.Just done london marathon in them without any blisters or any problems. Continue reading...
Impressed, was looking for a replacement for the irreplaceable Nike Pegasus 2005 and these come pretty close. No regrets. As a light bloke with long narrow feet, these work a treat. Continue reading...
Chose these on basis of good reviews and comfort walking about the shop. Soon realised my mistake when woke up the next day after running in them - aches and pains in feet ++. Went back to NIKE/ASICS - no probl Continue reading...
Maybe its just my feet that don't like them, but I have nothing good to say about this shoe. I got them from a shop that does gait and video analysis so they were the right choice at the time. One bitten twice Continue reading...

Bought a pair of adias road shoes....normally a 6 but needed a 7.....is this normal for adidas shoes?

They feel great but my head says its not right! Spent a good hour trying them on and the 6 was deffinatly too small but feel i should go back one more time.....

It's been a while since I last ran in Adidas shoes, but I recall that they were size 12 when I usually take 10.5.

Also, Muttley Jnr has a pair of Adidas casual trainers in size 9 when his normal size is currently 7.5.

So on the face of it, yes, Adidas do size up small. The comfort and fit are what count, not the number.

Sounds about right to me meekster.

My normal shoes are 8, I run in size 9 Adidas.

Saucony, I can get away with a 7.5 for shorter runs, but normally 8.5

BTW shoe manufacturers, it would be highly beneficial if you standardised you shoe sizing.

Been running in Adidas Supernova for about four years now.
Normally need at least a size up on my usual shoe.
As Muttley said, if you've tried them on and they feel right, then the number doesn't matter
