Too tight & too soft

Good lace system
Tighter toe box than older models
Cushioning much softer & so shoe not lasting more than 2months (& that's alternating 2 pairs!!!!)
More foot injuries recently with these especially achilles
Rising prices for a shoe that doesn't last
Bring back the Nimbus 9's or 11's,they were a robust and comfortable shoe.
The 13's have been made so soft that I'm not even getting 1month out of these (70mile/wk).
I also find that the outter sides spilt easily & they are just like a cheaper shoe & don't reflect the rising prices!!!
I have also recently had foot injuries and especially Achilles problems with them.

Exchanged after 3 very painful runs!

For me none.
Got to 3 miles on 3 runs and my feet were numb and soles very sore (Burning sensation). Looking at other reviews this seems a common occurence.
Also felt tight as they are not the widest shoe.
They may be fine for a lot of people but not for me.
Even though I have work Asics as my trainer of choice I have now exchanged them for a pair of Nike
Not for me.
Would just though like to comment on the excellent customer service from Running Bear in Alderley Edge.
No quibble on the exchange, spent time with me going through another 4 or 5 different shoes. Even gave me a voucher for the price difference as the Nike were slightly cheaper.

Agony personified

Finding it very difficult to find a 'pro' other than the price which was massively reduced online to under £70.....
Laces too short - how do you tie a knot with an inch of lace left?
Slippery insoles - started rubbing almost immediately
Way way too tight to run in comfortably especially around the middle of the foot.
Feet went numb within 4 miles - an it alternated to either foot, and despite stopping, adjusting , my left little toe didn't recover for the full 8 miles...
Just the worst trainer I have ever bought - returned them today for refund and swapped back to Mizuno. My Asics gel trail sensor are brilliantly comfortable though....bizarre how things can change.
Not a buy I could recommend to anyone at any price, unless you have a stock of spare laces and uber-narrow feet

Just not right for me - very differnt from the 12's

I like the off centre lacing
My heel slips around in the right shoe, despite trying different lacing techniques. After about 4 miles my toes go numb, then I get a horrid burning under the ball of my right foot. Instep in the left shoe feels lumpy and not right after a mile or so.
Overall, quite disappointed as my Nibmus 12's were perfect. I wish I had read the reviews first as I was worried about the numb feet thing and an exacerbation of an old left knee problem. I thought I was losing my running mojo, however I am reassured that others have had this too. Time to check out the Sweatshop 30 day guarantee.
