why have they put an insert in the heel collar?

causes me terrible trouble with rubbing and pressure points

won't be buying anymore with inserts in the heel collar that's for sure

rest of the shoe is great, just completely let down by the unnecessary cosmetic inserts

much prefer Ghost 2
