I've used the Creation alot in the past and it's certainly best suited to heavier runners. The midsole uses little foam and relies (certainly in the heel) on a much more 'mechanical' cushioning system. I've never been light (!) but would guess lighter runners would struggle to compress this enough.
I've tried the 12s and have had to give up with them. The fit has changed so they feel smaller at the same size, but main issue is they've re-designed the heel unit and it's incredibly hard. I've done 3/4 runs of around 4 miles and feel like I've been beating my knees with a hammer afterwards.
I weigh 16 stone, so am comfortably in the 'heavier runner' category. I really can't imagine anyone lighter having better luck with them.

Interesting point. I have had issues with my knee since wearing the Wave Inspire 7's and im just under 70KG. I cant conclude it is the trainers though since I upped my mileage at the same time. Still suffering - seeing Physio today
