Nike Air Pegasus+ 29

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion

The Pegasus is the Sir Alex Ferguson of the running shoe world. It’s old-school in both its construction and its aims, it’s been around for ever, and once it’s gone we may never see such longevity again. For those new to the shoe the Pegasus has only ever been about cushioning and impact protection, and this latest iteration continues that tradition. Testers found heel striking a joy in this (midfoot strikers found life a bit harder because of the built-up rear) and were able to put in considerable mileage without aches or pains. The impressively light weight was a definite help in this regard.
