GOOD CUSHIONING SHOES WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPPORT.

These shoes cushion very well. The uppers are excellent at ventilation.
Not for wet/cold conditions. Offers little or no support.
Slightly wide fit - therefore it must be sized carefully. Otherwise a good shoe. My first. Also lasts long (3 years) under moderately rough handling.

GOOD QUALITY, AFFORDABLE RUNNING TRAINERS

The padding is soft, and the shoes is well shaped preventing very little slipping when running. The soles are very flexible, and the grip is excellent even when running when it is wet or a little icy.
Lets in water when raining, therefore leading to wet feet and causing chafing and sometimes blisters.
These were my first pair of running trainers and these are still my favourite of all the pairs I own. A good sturdy pair of shoes at an affordable price. Perfect for first time buyers.
