Worst shoe purchased to date with respect to comfort. Misrepresented when stated designed for a neutral runner. Continue reading...

My old Trigon 2's were some of my fave shoes ever - ultra-comfy and with the famous triangluar-lugged outsole for good grip off-road.
The 3's are a tremendous disappointment - they feel very harsh and inflexib Continue reading...

[hard stare at Daz]

My credit card has barely recovered from holiday.

Nessie - I know, I know.

I didn't actually need any new shoes myself atm, but you've gotta get em while they're hot, haven't you?

Anyway, this is exactly why they invented credit-cards ;o)

So Daz - how did you find them?

Don't know why I'm asking you now, as I've just ordered some from Sportshoes.com for £39.99.

jj - pretty good, but not as wonderful as the Trigon 2's which I adored.

The 3's seem a bit "built up" on the inside of the forefoot cushioning, as if to counteract pronation, but I thought the "Ride"'s were supposed to be for neutral runners (such as myself).

Also, for some bizarre reason, the trademark triangluar lugs on the outsole (which is one of the main reasons I like Sauconys) have been INSET into the rest of the sole, so don't provide much extra traction. As I say, bizarre...

Still very comfy though.

oh. Yes, I had four pairs of the 2s. :o(

but comfy is good...

3's seem heavy after using lightweight 2's but bought 2 pairs...
As a spotty one will already know (got mine a month ago)

I particularly liked the triangular-lugged sole, as it was good for runs that had a few "traily" bits in them.

They were my fave "in-betweeny" shoes.

No longer... :o(

I could just get the SportsShoes-exclusive Jazz 6000's, but they're less responsive/durable...

how frustrating - mine arrived this morning, but my toes are too sore to run in them!!

Pretty Dayglo bits on them...
