This shoe was in close competition with the Asics Gel Trabuco 12 for Editor’s Choice. The upper was breathable but water-resistance was mixed, keeping out rain but allowing moisture in from wet terrain, such as long grass. A wide last offers stability, and the midsole is made from BioMogo, an eco-friendly material that breaks down 50 times quicker in a landfill.
