Inov-8 Roclite 312 GTX

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion

A meta-flex groove in the forefoot gives flexibility; a five-fingered meta-shank support in the midfoot provides support, and a fascia band on the sole aids forward propulsion. A Gore-Tex membrane on the upper makes it both breathable and waterproof. The shoe feels comfortingly hardy despite being the lightest shoe on test, and is reasonably responsive and smooth, with decent cushioning. The rubberised outsole provides excellent grip on sticky trails but tends to skid slightly on loose terrain.
