Salomon S-Lab 2XT Wings
This super-lightweight racer was extremely comfortable, akin to wearing slippers. Bouncy, responsive and breathable, the shoe offers moderate pronation control. Ortholite footbeds hug the foot while also reducing odour. Traction was good on woodchip trails and on hard ground but struggled in wet grass and in thick mud, and the toggle lacing system was slightly fiddly.
