Could anyone give me a view on Walsh shoes please.

Do they offer good cushioning??

What sort of runner suits them best (light runner, heavy runner, over pronator, heel striker etc)

Are Walsh ultras better than the normal Walsh?? Whats the difference??

Would a Mudroc be better?? Runs are on muddy trails, not a lot of rock, and little road. Or would a normal trail shoe be best??

Walshes - no cushioning!
Mudrocs better, I've run short sections of road ( a mile or two) with no ill effects.

The grip is not quite as aggressive as the Walshes, but it is pretty good.

I would go for the inov 8's I have done 100miles in one go in them and they were fine, I underpronate and am porky so I need cushioned shoes and got on fine with these. I have the Roclite 315's

Thanks very much, chaps. I had a feeling that Walshs dont offer a great deal of support, they look so thin!!!
